I recently stayed at Vale Do Rossim Eco Resort for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, with easy access to Gouveia, Manteigas, and Torre. The staff, especially Daniela and Jorge, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The property itself was surrounded by beautiful trees and a peaceful lake, offering breathtaking views. The Bungalows were cozy, clean, and had a lovely woody scent. The fireplace kept us warm during the winter nights. The breakfast had delicious local food, including sheep fresh cheese and jam. We will definitely be returning!
